A  few weeks ago while we were away on vacation, we notice Nest was showing 90 degrees in the house, at that point we knew something was wrong. So who did we call, Monar Air Conditioning in Coral Springs, Fl. First of all, they have astounding customer service, are quite pleasant and willing to help.  Due to inclement weather, Monar worked with our schedule to dispatch a tech out the next day to meet my mom at our house. We received a text once the tech was on his way as well as a follow-up. My mom had the the pleasure of  meeting Marc that came out to access the AC issue. She said he was very polite, knowledgable and efficient. Excellent communication throughout the process. They not only came out early but walked us through the entire process and explained what they were doing. He did an excellent job checking our system. The diagnosis was a bad capacitor. It was replaced, he cleaned the compressor unit outside, flush out the air handler  and we were up and running in 45 minutes. Coming home to a cool house was the best feeling especially during summer. W really appreciate a company that doesn’t take advantage and doesn’t provide a price you have to haggle to get a fair deal.
