“We first used Monar several years ago when our long-time service provider declared themselves unable to restore our service for three days while we had family visiting. Monar came out the next morning, a Saturday, and promptly fixed the problem. We have been loyal customers ever since.
This week they did it again. An electrical storm late Wednesday blew out our compressor. I spoke with Arnold at 8 a.m. Thursday and technician Anthony was at the door at 9 a.m. He found the compressor was burned out and Arnold found it had a lifetime warranty, but it was being denied because of an error when it was filed years earlier. This turned into a bureaucratic runaround that required many frustrating phone calls to resolve. Undeterred, Arold stuck with it and got it done, saving us thousands of dollars. Then he and Anthony spent the afternoon working in 95 degree heat to install the new compressor and get us up and cooling by 4 p.m.
I can’t begin to tell you how grateful we are to Arnold, Anthony and Monar AC for all they have done for us. They are truly special.”
“We called to get our heater working (have not used in 2 years) and were able to get a prompt response and convenient appointment from their courteous customer service rep. The tech was an expert that quickly diagnosed a loose wire inside the unit and fixed it on the spot. No over-complications, no overselling, and no over-billing for unnecessary repairs. Can’t put a price on integrity and great customer service! I highly recommend them!”

I have been a customer of Monar for many years while living in West Boca Raton and am continuing to use their services in my new home in Coconut Creek. They are always extremely responsive, professional and have outstanding customer service. They provide you with all information up front to ensure there aren’t any surprises regarding service costs. These days it is difficult to find businesses that are trustworthy and reliable, but Monar is one of the good guys.

Had a wonderful experience with Monar AC. They were very honest and thorough. The technicians explained everything that they were going to do and gave me pricing before they started any work. I would rate this company as a 10! Don’t hesitate to call they will get the job done right the first time.
Fast, reliable and exceptional service! Had some trouble with one of the AC units in my house in the middle of a hot south Florida summer. After contacting Monar, I had a technician at my house the following morning diagnosing the problem. The technician was very nice and straight forward with the problem at hand explaining to me exactly what I needed. Between the exceptional customer service and fast reliable technicians, I will definitely be using Monar for all of my AC needs from here on out!
A few weeks ago while we were away on vacation, we notice Nest was showing 90 degrees in the house, at that point we knew something was wrong. So who did we call, Monar Air Conditioning in Coral Springs, Fl. First of all, they have astounding customer service, are quite pleasant and willing to help. Due to inclement weather, Monar worked with our schedule to dispatch a tech out the next day to meet my mom at our house. We received a text once the tech was on his way as well as a follow-up. My mom had the the pleasure of meeting Marc that came out to access the AC issue. She said he was very polite, knowledgable and efficient. Excellent communication throughout the process. They not only came out early but walked us through the entire process and explained what they were doing. He did an excellent job checking our system. The diagnosis was a bad capacitor. It was replaced, he cleaned the compressor unit outside, flush out the air handler and we were up and running in 45 minutes. Coming home to a cool house was the best feeling especially during summer. W really appreciate a company that doesn’t take advantage and doesn’t provide a price you have to haggle to get a fair deal. We Highly recommend the entire team at Monar Air Conditioning!
Have had service from them over 3 years now. Quick response right after the Hurricane passed to get my AC repaired and back on. Raj was very professional and explained what was wrong and the repair needed.
I deal with many HVAC contractors all over the country. Monar is by far one of the best that I deal with. They are extremely knowledgeable, and get it fixed correctly the first time. They respond quickly, give honest diagnosis, and repair at an affordable price. Nick, Arnold, and their entire staff are extremely professional and very customer service oriented. They even have a way of giving you bad news without making is seem as bad as it is. They are a great company and I would refer to anyone in their service area.
My A/C broke in my rental property. I contacted Monar to perform maintenance ASAP. They understood the urgency of this matter and accommodate my request for the same business day!! No extra charge, nothing more than great service. The office explained the maintenance service program they offer and I found the cost very reasonable (lower than other companies for the same service). At the end, I signed up for their maintenance agreement for my rental and primary residency. My rental A/C was fixed on the same day. I am a happy customer. If you look for an honest-reasonable-priced company, look no more. Super recommended, great customer service!
After several poor experiences with air conditioner/heating contractors, I asked a real estate broker friend of mine if she knew any competent, trustworthy AC companies. She told me she only recommends Monar. That was more than ten years ago, and I’ve used no other company since. If you appreciate the highest standards of honesty, competence, service, and value, you should be using Monar not only for your AC and heating needs, but for other large appliance repairs as well (they even fixed my clothes dryer). I’ve referred them to my brothers, my elderly mother, and several friends, and they’ve never disappointed. Monar is the best. Five stars, rightly earned!
This company is simply great. They responded super quickly and surprisingly didn’t try to sell me a new unit like many other companies try to do every time once calls for service. The techs were very professional and resolved the problem very efficiently. I highly recommend them.
